The new “Stocks and ETFs” will enable users to trade the stock of leading companies, such as Apple, Tesla, Nvidia, and the S&P 500 index, at the end of October 2025 in selected geographies.
This innovative action is allowed due to a collaboration of Wallet in Telegram, crypto trading platform Kraken, and tokenization backed.
The partnership merges the Kraken xStocks, which will provide digital versions of more than 60 fully collateralized equities in the US by the end of 2025.

The trading of tokens in Telegram Wallet stocks will shatter the conventional market boundaries. Trading will be done 24 hours per week, five days a week, as opposed to the regular stock exchange.
The high-value stock can be bought in fractions by users so that stocks with high value can be considered by common investors with less money.
This aspect democratizes the US financial markets and helps connect the world even when markets are not open.
Dividend payment will also be tokenized, and holders stand to enjoy their dividends proportionately.
These tokenized stocks, however, do not transfer any rights to a shareholder and trading can be restricted by region, excluding UK users.

The first launch will focus on emerging markets and will provide free commission trading until 2025.
Telegram will implement tokenization of its own stock support in TON Wallet (which already supports self-custodial) by Q4 2025, indicating expansion into tokenized finance.
The asset list will begin with 35 stocks and ETFs, including Coinbase, Circle, Robinhood, and the TON Strategy token. The list will be continuously expanded.
It is one of the biggest integrations of tokenized equities that can be accessed through a social and messaging platform.
